Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture items, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
