We offer standard curbside delivery and premium White Glove delivery. In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days, while custom-made furniture may take 8-12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable, and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

How can I track my furniture order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
